Neighbor Hits Gas Instead Of Brake, Crashes Into Hudson Home

A Hudson family got a heart-stopping surprise Saturday morning when a car crashed through their living room on Lake Tree Lane.

HUDSON, FL -- It was a close call for a Hudson family Saturday morning when a car crashed through the living room of their home on Lake Tree Lane.

The crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. March 30. Their neighbor apparently hit the gas instead of the brake while backing out of the driveway across the street.

Although Pasco County firefighters had to extricate the driver from the car, the driver was uninjured. And no one inside the house was injured.
