New Port Richey Man Dies While Crossing Little Road

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 51-year-old New Port Richey resident died Friday morning when he walked into the path of a car on Little Road.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 7:02 a.m. Oct. 11, Vera Durgin, 28, of New Port Richey was driving a Nissan Versa south on Little Road north of Old County Road 54 when Anthony Baldwin stepped in front of her car.

Baldwin died at the scene.

Durgin was not injured.
