A 43-year-old New Port Richey man has died after a van turned into the path of his motorcycle.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 43-year-old New Port Richey man has died after a van turned into the path of his motorcycle.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday, a van driven by a 67-year-old Grand Rapids, Michigan, resident was heading north on U.S. 19 approaching Tower Drive.
The motorcyclist was heading south on U.S. 19 when the van turned onto Tower Drive into his path.

The New Port Richey man was taken to the hospital where he died. The van driver sustained minor injuries.
