NPR Police Arrest Spa Owner, Employees For Prostitution
New Port Richey Police have arrested the owner and two employees at the massage parlors on prostitution charges.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- Following an undercover investigation at the Miyako Spa, 4962 U.S. 19, and the Kimura Spa at 6602 U.S. 19, New Port Richey Police have arrested the owner and two employees at the massage parlors on prostitution charges.
Police raided the massage parlors Friday morning after an undercover investigation indicated that the so-called spas were engaging in prostitution.
They arrested Ai Shu Jin, 58, who owns both businesses, on two counts of owning and operating a structure for the purpose of prostitution.

Also arrested were Aizi Li, 55, on three counts of prostitution and Jin Shunya, 55, on three counts of prostitution.
In addition to Jin's criminal charges, she received $2,245 in citations for code enforcement violations.
