Odessa Man Charged With 9 Counts Of Sexual Battery On 10-Year-Old

HOLIDAY, FL — A 27-year-old Odessa man was arrested after the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said he admitted to performing sexual acts on a 10-year-old girl in Holiday.

Deputies said Justin Casey White of Shangrila Lane told them Monday that he'd had sex with the girl three times in the past six months. However, the 10-year-old told detectives there were at least six encounters in the past six months.

Additionally, deputies said White showed them photos he'd taken on his cell phone of the sexual encounters.

White was charged with nine counts of sexual battery on a victim under 12 and 10 counts of possession of child pornography. He is being held without bail.
