“Sheila” D-0958 Sheila is a red, older adult, female, mix breed. She is approximately 40 pounds and likes to stay quiet. Sheila likes the comfort of her bed and would like a home where she can lay around and be comfy. She has a skin condition, a tumor on the base of her tail, multiple growths, and tooth decay. She arrived at the shelter as a stray on 9/25/13.
