Open Mic Poetry Reading and One-Act Play Performance

The New Port Richey Art Gallery will hold an open mic
poetry reading and play performance event on Friday, November 22 from 6:30
to 8 p.m. at the Gallery.

Ralph Annan, popular playwright and author, will present another of his
delightful stage plays entitled "Cats Grieve, Too!"  The
one-act play centers around a pet cemetery where two cat lovers are bemoaning
the recent demise and loss of their beloved cats.

After the play, we will have the poetry reading and discussion. Anyone may participate, so bring your own work, or poetry that has
special meaning to you.  With this being the holiday season, perhaps you
may have a poem that is special to you and relevant for this time of year.  Bring along your friends for a fun and festive evening.

The event is free to the public and refreshments will be served.  We are located next to the
Richey Suncoast Theater in historic downtown New Port Richey at 6231 Grand Boulevard. RSVP either by
telephone (727-848-6500) or e-mail: nprgallery@aol.com
The Gallery is open Wednesday through Saturday from 12 noon to 6 pm.
