Overwhelmed by Credit Card Calls

More than once a day -  day or night - calls come to my home regarding reducing my credit card rates.  Today a local number from Alison and Andy Cullin said it was my "final call".  Sure!  Yesterday it came through as number and caller "unknown".  We called the number back and it just rang about 10 times.  We are on donotcall.gov and keep renewing it - but to no avail.  Total harassment.
