Please join us for a spooky and mysterious art exhibit at the Pasco Arts Council. Face Painting - Treats - FREE Photo - Candy - all ages - costumes!
The aptly-titled Owl-O-Ween show will be on display from Oct. 29 - Oct 31, and will feature a one day FREE Halloween event which will take place Wednesday October 30th, the day before before Halloween, from 4:30 - 6:30 pm.
The goal for this event is to provide children with a free, safe, and fun way to celebrate Halloween.
There will be refreshments and treats for our guests.
Dress in a costume, bring the whole family, friends, and neighbors.
