Pasco County Commission To Meet Tuesday
Here are some of the items on the agenda being considered by commissioners.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — The Pasco Board of County Commissioners will meet Tuesday, Oct. 26 beginning at 10 a.m. in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey.
Items on the meeting agenda include:
- A request to rescind the Wesley Chapel Lakes Development of Regional Impact submitted by Wesley Chapel Lakes Ltd.
- Setting water and wastewater connection fees, formerly known as impact fee, and setting fire line and fire hydrant rates.
- Consider a mining operating permit and conditional use amendment request from K & M Pasco 130 Holdings LLC for the existing sand and limerock mine in northwest Pasco County on the south side of County Line Road, about 3,200 feet west of the Suncoast Parkway.
- Authorize a short list and negotiate agreements for the Tower Road Alternate Corridors Evaluation and Route Study and Pond Siting Analysis and Report from east of Sunlake
- Boulevard to east of U.S. 41.
- Authorize a short list and negotiate agreements for the Tower Road Route Study and Pond Siting
- Analysis and Report from the eastern terminus of Rangeland Boulevard to
- east of Sunlake Boulevard.
- Authorize the short list and negotiate agreements for the Orange Belt Trail Route Study.
- Hear a presentation from Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco on the F1RST summer camp program.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 9.24 acres of property on the south side of State Road 54 and River Glen Boulevard from Residential 3 to Commercial.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 3.9 acres at the intersection of County Line Road and February Lane from Residential 1 to Commercial.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 151.7 acres west of Old Dixie Highway from Residential 6, Conservation Lands, Coastal Lands and Major Recreation/Open Space to a Planned Development for the SunWest Park Planned Development.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 37.58 acres east of Old Pasco Road and north of Overpass Road from Residential 3 to Commercial.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 303 acres on Meadow Pointe Boulevard at the intersections of State Road 54, State Road 56 and Beardsley Drive from Residential 3 and Retail/Office/Residential to a Planned Development.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 50.15 acres on the south side of Bexley Road about a mile west of the intersection of U.S. 41 and Wisteria Loop from Agricultural Residential District to a Master Planned Unit Development District.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change for 12.03 acres south of Alvernon Drive and east and west of Patrician Drive from a Low-Density Residential District to a Multi-Family Medium Density District.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 37.58 acres owned by the Adrian Phillip Overpass LLC from Single-Family/Mobile Home Zoning to a Master Planned Unit Development allowing up to 315,000 square feet of commercial.
- Consider an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan to change 15 acres at the northern terminus of Holland Lane northwest of U.S. 41 and Holland Lane from Agricultural District to an Agricultural Mobile Home District.
