Pasco County's School Grades Released

A number of schools in the New Port Richey area made A grades. Is your child's school on the list?

LAND O’ LAKES, FL — Parents and educators eagerly waiting to see just how the new Florida Standards Assessments, or FSAs, impacted Pasco County school grades don’t have to wait any longer.

The Florida Department of Education released preliminary school and district grades for the 2014-15 school year Friday morning. Pasco County Schools overall received a B grade, but some individual schools fared better than others.

Pasco County only had three F-graded schools in the state’s 2014-15 Preliminary Baseline School Grades report:

  • Rodney B. Cox Elementary
  • Hudson Elementary
  • Lacoochee Elementary
