Pasco Fire Rescue Celebrates Opening Of New Holiday Station
Pasco County Fire Rescue is celebrating the opening of its new Fire Station #12 at 4713 Mile Stretch Road in Holiday.

HOLIDAY, FL -- Pasco County Fire Rescue is celebrating the opening of its new Fire Station #12 at 4713 Mile Stretch Road in Holiday.
The new 8.200-square-foot Holiday Fire Station 12 replaces the old 6,900-square-foot Station 12 built in 1972.
The station is state of the art with some of the following amenities:

- Individual bunk rooms for privacy of firefighters
- Industrial gear extractors to pull contaminates out of firefightersβ gear in an effort to prevent firefighter cancer
- Gear grid system for improved bunker gear storage with an air purification system to remove carcinogens from the room
- Air scrubbing HVAC system for atmospheric conditioning of the living quarters
- Full brick and metal-roofed building for improved maintenance costs and life of the building.
