Pasco K9 Apprehends Man Accused Of Fleeing Deputies
A 52-year-old Spring Hill man was arrested after a Pasco County Sheriff's deputy said he fled when the deputy tried to pull him over.

HUDSON, FL -- A 52-year-old Spring Hill man was arrested Wednesday night, Jan. 19, after a Pasco County Sheriff's deputy said he fled when the deputy tried to stop him for driving without his headlights on.
The deputy said he tried to pull over a car driven by Clarence Reynolds Jr. at U.S. 19 and New York Avenue but Reynolds failed to stop. Instead, he turned onto Dayton and Palatine drives as the deputy followed with flashing lights and an intermittent burst from his siren. Reynolds finally pulled onto Cadillac Avenue, which is a dead-end road. There, he got out of the car and ran into the woods where a sheriff's K9 located him.
The sheriff's office discovered there were active warrants for his arrest out of Hernando County. He was charged with fleeing to elude a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
