Pasco Man Accused Of Sex Acts With 15-Year-Old Girl

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- Pasco County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 33-year-old New Port Richey man accused of engaging in multiple sex acts with a girl when she was 14 and 15 years old.

Deputies say the encounters occurred between Aug. 1, 2018, and April 1, 2019. Aaron Christopher Falcone was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery of a victim age 12 to 15 on Wednesday.

When questioned, Falcone said he was taking a sleeping aid and didn't remember the multiple sex acts with the minor.
