Pasco Man Accused Of Threatening With Baseball Bat, AK-47

Pasco County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 55-year-old Spring Hill man accused of threatening a person with a baseball bat and an AK-47.

SPRING HILL, FL -- Pasco County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 55-year-old Spring Hill man accused of threatening a person with a baseball bat and an AK-47 rifle.

On Monday, April 29, deputies arrested Daniel Boyle of Rockledge Avenue after they say say he brandished first a baseball bat and then an AK-47 at a man and threatened to kill him.

No motive was given for the threat.

Upon arrest, Boyle admitted to threatening the victim with the bat and admitted to having an AK-47 in his truck but denied pointing the rifle at the victim.

He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
