Pasco Resident Accused Of Tasering Man Following Crash
A 23-year-old man is accused of using a taser on another person following a crash Sunday morning.

PORT RICHEY — A 23-year-old New Port Richey man is accused of using a taser on another person following a crash Sunday morning at Orchid Lake and Rowan roads.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Nicholas Edward Wagner became angry after he was involved in an accident at 3:30 a.m. He pulled out a taser and stunned the other man involved in the crash. Deputies said he then began running around, threatening to taser other people.
Wagner was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
