Pasco Sheriff's Office Mourns Death Of K-9 Ace
Ace cemented his status as a sheriff's K-9 unit legend by achieving several records, including the apprehension of a number of felons.
PASCO COUNTY, FL — The Pasco Sheriff’s Office announced the death of longtime sheriff's K-9 Ace.
The partner of Cpl. Joe Liddick, Ace was retired. He died Monday night of natural causes.
Ace served Pasco County from 2008 to 2016. He cemented his status as a Pasco sheriff's K-9 unit legend by achieving several records, including the apprehension of a number of felony suspects.

The team also received the PSO Deputy of the Year honor in 2014.
In commenting on Ace's death, Liddick said it was blessing to work with and ride on K-9 Ace’s coat tails.
