Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano announces the retirement of Lou Hollander, who is well known to customers of the Land O’ Lakes office. Lou has been a part of the Tax Collector’s Office since 2003. During his tenure Lou served countless customers, helping make each of their transactions as easy and as quick as possible.
“Retirement may be an ending, but it is also a new beginning,” states Tammy Dziedzic, manager of the Land O’ Lakes office, sharing the sentiments of all the staff in that location. “Enjoy your new role as Grandpa! You will be missed!”
“Lou exemplifies the face of customer service,” comments Tax Collector Mike Fasano. “Lou was well liked and respected by both customers and coworkers alike. His knowledge and expertise of the complicated tax system, as well as his friendly and outgoing manner, all will be missed. He was a great example to new employees in particular because he liked to impart his own experiences to them. Lou has earned his retirement and we wish him and his family nothing but happiness in the years to come.”
