Pasco Tax Collector Mike Fasano Recognizes the Retirement of Director of Human Resources Chuck Hirth

Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano announces the retirement of longtime Director of Human Resources Chuck Hirth.  Today caps the end of a distinguished career in human resources, over eight of those years serving the residents of Pasco County as part of the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office.

“Chuck has truly been an integral part of the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office team for many years,” Tax Collector Mike Fasano comments.  “He has helped guide this office through a long period of success, including the challenges faced by ever changing tax and human resources laws.  As unsung heroes, Chuck and his team’s work is done “behind the scenes,” ensuring that our checks and benefits are all in order.  Although not the most visible of positions, Chuck nonetheless filled his with grace, professionalism and a level of competence that is second to none.”

During a farewell ceremony this day Chuck was presented with a plaque commemorating his career for the tax collector.  The plaque states: “in appreciation and recognition of your courteous, professional and dedicated service to the Citizens of Pasco County 2005-2013.”

“I know I speak for all members of the Tax Collector’s team when I say we are all better individuals for having known and worked with Chuck,” Tax Collector Fasano adds.  “I have no doubt that in the years to come he will have the opportunity to bring light into the lives of whomever he touches.”
