Port Richey Man Dies In Crash On Little Road

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 59-year-old man from Port Richey has died following an accident Wednesday on Little Road and Photonics Drive.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 3:55 p.m. the 59-year-old man was driving a van north on Little Road approaching Photonics Drive when he lost control and crossed the center grass median.

He entered the path of an SUV driven by a 68-year-old Trinity woman on Little Road and collided nearly head on.

The Port Richey man was taken to the hospital where he later died. The Trinity woman sustained minor injuries.
