Port Richey Resident Accused Of Attacking Man With Machete
A 44-year-old Port Richey man has been charged after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say he attacked another man with a machete.

PORT RICHEY, FL -- A 44-year-old Port Richey man has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say he attacked another man with a machete.
Deputies arrested Joseph Deitsch of Waterside Drive on Thursday, Jan. 24, after deputies said he got into a verbal argument with a 41-year-old man in front of the victim's home on Felsdale Avenue. During the argument, deputies say Deitsch walked to his car, took out a machete and swung it at the other man, causing a severe laceration on his face.
The victim was taken to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point by the Pasco County Fire Rescue.
