The City of New Port Richey is proposing to upgrade the water system and install a sanitary sewer system in Town and Country Villas neighborhood located on Leisure Lane. The City is applying for CDBG-MIT General Infrastructure grant funds. The estimated total project cost is $2 Million. The City will partner with Pasco County and Habitat for Humanity in completing this project. The City may provide matching funds from the Water & Sewer Fund.
