According to Jacque Talley, a Lennar New Home Consultant, she expects the completion dates of the first round of pre-sales and inventory homes to be done sometime in June.
The Preserve is the perfect compliment to Lennar's other new home development in Trinity, which is the Thousand Oaks Townhomes & Thousand Oaks Coach Homes, just a few miles to the West off of Trinity Boulevard and Little Road. At Thousand Oaks, Buyer's have an entry level purchase price of the low $100k's for maintenance free living, and again, "Everything's Included!"
