River Ridge Knights Spring Football Game Tonight

Tonight will be the first opportunity to get a look at the new River Ridge football program in action.  Led by new head coach , the Knights will face the Fivay Falcons at 7 p.m. 

The Knights are coming off a 2-8 season under former Knights Head Coach Tim Stevens, and now Allen looks to unveil the team he’s been working hard with in the weightroom and on the practice field.

Allen has made it clear that with the combination of experience and knowledge of the game, along with a new positive attitude in the football program, can only make the Knights better.

Look for the River Ridge incoming junior Josh Maisel under center throwing the football for the Knights, and incoming senior Austin Schwartz in the backfield taking handoffs, and playing defense as well.

The Fivay Falcons are going into their first full-season of play after coming off a 1-4 record last season. Their only win was against Hudson, 25-21. The Knights and Falcons will face off in the second regular season game coming up in the next season.
