Gestures Of Love In The Age Of Coronavirus

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL —AdventHealth Connerton patient Loretta Smith isn’t letting the "no visitors policy" stop her from feeling the love from her husband, Dale, and her dog, Annie.

Smith was admitted to the long-term care hospital just days before the policy went into effect but Dale and Annie are making sure she keeps smiling by showing their love through the glass doors of the hospital's emergency exit.

“My family hasn’t been able to sit next to me but I’m still so blessed to be safe and see them through the window and talk on the phone,” said Smith.
