Sleep Study Technician Accused Of Sexually Battering Patients
A former sleep study technician has been charged with sexual battery after being accused of inappropriately touching women patients.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A former sleep study technician has been charged with sexual battery after being accused of inappropriately touching women patients who were taking part in studies at two sleep clinics.
On Oct. 1, detectives with the New Port Richey and Zephyrhills police departments teamed up to investigate accusations of sexual battery against Andrew Chickoree, 52.
Chickoree was previously employed as a technician administering sleep studies at clinics in New Port Richey and Zephyrhills. Women taking part in studies accused him of touching them in an inappropriate sexual manner during the studies.

Chickoree has been charged with one count of sexual battery and one count of battery. Detectives believe there are more victims who have not come forward.
