SPRING HILL, FL – A Spring Hill man is facing computer pornography and child exploitation charges after reportedly sending nude photos of himself to a 14-year-old girl.

Jordan Deandre Jamar Waters, 21, of Keysville Avenue was arrested by Hernando County Sheriff’s detectives Wednesday, Jan. 31, after he was accused of making inappropriate contact with teenage girls through social media.

Detectives began investigating Waters on Monday, Jan. 29, after parents of a 14-year-old girl reported that a man they didn't know was sending nude photos and videos of himself performing sexual acts to their daughter through the social media site, SnapChat. They said the man asked her to send him nude photos of herself and urged her to skip school and meet him to have sex.

On Thursday, detectives posing as a 14-year-old girl contacted Jordan and suggested they meet at a park for sex. When Water arrived at the park, he was taken into custody.

During an interview, he admitted to contacting teen girls and requesting sex.

He is charged with computer pornography and child exploitation, traveling to meet a minor, attempted lewd and lascivious behavior, transmission of harmful materials to a minor with an electronic device and unlawful use of a two-way device.

Waters is now in jail on a $30,000 bond.

Detectives say Waters is on probation for similar offenses. The sheriff’s office is continuing to investigate to determine if there are any other victims.
