Man Critical After Running Red Light, Crashing Into U-Haul Moving Van, Cemetery Statue
A 21-year-old Spring Hill man is in critical condition after crashing into a U-Haul moving van and a statue in a cemetery Saturday.
HUDSON, FL — A 21-year-old Spring Hill man is in critical condition after crashing into a U-Haul moving van and a statue in a cemetery Saturday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 4:30 a.m., the Spring Hill man was driving north on U.S. 19 when he failed to stop at a red traffic light at U.S. 19 and Hudson Avenue. He collided with the right side of the U-Haul driven by a 53-year-old Hudson man, which was heading east on Hudson Avenue.
The car rotated and skidded into a cemetery where it collided with a statue.

The U-Haul driver suffered minor injuries.
