Spring Hill Man Dies After Being Struck By 2 Cars On U.S. 19

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 53-year-old Spring Hill man died after being struck by two cars while crossing U.S. 19.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Daniel Lee Stuckey was walking across the southbound lanes of U.S. 19 north of Ridge Crest Drive when he walked into the path of a Kia Forte driven by Lauryn J. Jacobs, 21, of New Port Richey and a Toyota Camry driven by Wanda J. Walshkey, 78, of Port Richey.

Stuckey was taken to Morton Plant Northbay where he died.
