Spring Hill Woman Dies In Fiery Single-Vehicle Crash

A 30-year-old Spring Hill woman died following a crash Thursday morning on State Road 52 west of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — A 30-year-old Spring Hill woman died following a crash Thursday morning on State Road 52 west of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard.

At 7:56 a.m., the driver of a Ford pickup was traveling west on State Road 52 when she lost control, collided with a tree, rotated and struck another tree. The pickup truck burst into flames.

The driver, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital where she died.
