St. Petersburg Man Killed While Walking On U.S. 19 In Hudson

HUDSON, FL — A 43-year-old St. Petersburg man died after being struck by a car while walking on Sea Ranch Drive at U.S. 19 in Hudson Monday night.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 11:39 p.m., the man was walking east on Sea Ranch Drive. At the intersection of U.S. 19, he began crossing the road in the signalized crosswalk when he entered the path of a car driven by a 26-year-old Spring Hill man.

The pedestrian died at the scene.
