'Stuff the Bus' For a Good Cause This Weekend in New Port Richey

Food donations will help the people in need of Pasco County.

The following is a press release from The Volunteer Way: 


The Volunteer Way and Pasco County Public Transportation are inviting all the community to help us to “stuff the bus”. A child, a needy family or an elderly person is depending on your generous heart and giving nature to help them feed their hunger and lift their spirits during this Holiday Season.

 

Donations of non-perishable food items are requested.

Bus will be parked at the Publix at Southgate Shopping Center, 5127 U.S. 19 in New Port Richey on Saturday November 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All the food collected will be donated to The Volunteer Way Food Bank, which provides food every month to over 20,000 low-income, homeless, seniors, children and needy families. The Volunteer Way has been distributing food free of charges or fees for over 21 years.
