SUV Suspected In Hit-And-Run Death Of Wesley Chapel Teen Sought: FHP
Investigators are looking for the SUV involved in the Saturday hit-and-run crash in Wesley Chapel that killed a 17-year-old boy, FHP said.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — Investigators are looking for the SUV involved in a Saturday night hit-and-run crash that left a Wesley Chapel teen dead, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
A 2013 to 2016 model Nissan Pathfinder with right front damage was heading west on Chancey Road when it hit the 17-year-old, who was walking in the crosswalk at the Bellmeade Court intersection, just after 10 p.m., FHP said.
The unknown driver of the vehicle didn’t stop to assist the teen, who died at the scene, and drove away before responders arrived, the agency said.
