HUDSON, FL — Two teen boys remain in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle while walking across State Road 52 at the intersection of Chicago Avenue around 6 p.m. Friday.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 53-year-old woman from Hudson was driving west on State Road 52 when the teens stepped into the roadway. Investigators said the traffic signal was green for the driver.

The teens were airlifted to the hospital in critical condition.
