The HOPE for the Bay: Film and Art Festival is February 28 and March 1, 2014 right here in New Port Richey. Now is the time to start producing your films, art work, one act plays and tuning up your bands. The purpose of the this festival to is bring a bigger awareness to both the social and emotional problems our young people deal with each day. This are depression, homelessness, hunger, self-harm all forms of abuse and the prevention of suicide. We also films and art of HOPE and inspiration and encouragement for others.
