Video: Accused Carjacker Arrested Following Vehicle, Foot Chase
A man accused of a carjacking was arrested by Pasco County sheriff's deputies following a pursuit led by sheriff's K-9 Shep.

SPRING HILL, FL — A man accused of a carjacking was arrested by Pasco County sheriff's deputies following a pursuit led by sheriff's K-9 Shep.
The sheriff's office received information that a man wanted for a carjacking in Hernando County was at a location on County Line Road in north Pasco County. When deputies responded to the location, the man fled in a vehicle. Deputies used stop sticks to blow out the tires of the vehicle.
The man then fled on foot but was pursued by K-9 Shep and his partner Deputy Nick Carmack.

Austin Emanuel, 23, was arrested and book into the Hernando County Jail.
