Walk on the Wild Side Exhibition at the Downtown New Port Richey Art Gallery

Visitors to the Downtown New Port Richey Art Gallery will

“Walk on the Wild Side” during the month of May. That is the theme for the

Gallery’s month-long art exhibition. On display are works from Gallery professional artists featuring abstract,
digital art, collage, expressionistic and surrealistic media. Included in the exhibition are original paintings, mixed media, photography and prints, as well as sculpture and 3-D art – all wild, innovative and creative. This show is sure to appeal to those who appreciate the unusual.

In a separate exhibit at the Gallery, the featured artist
for the month is local artist John Howie, showing abstract acrylic with ink paintings. Rounding out the show is an exhibit by students from the River Ridge High School of New Port Richey. The Gallery is also a treasure trove of unique jewelry, pottery and small gift items.

The Gallery is located next to the Richey Suncoast Theater in the historic downtown district.
The exhibition continues through Saturday, May 31. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 noon to 6 PM.  Call 727-848-6500 or e-mail the Gallery
at: nprgallery1@gmail.com for more information.
