When I was a kid I loved sports. I played basketball and ran track. Later in my late teens, I got into acting and modeling. I did pretty well in each activity, I had desire and in sports had some talent. The thing is, talent and even desire is not always enough. In every activity, I needed a good coach. I believe we all need a good coach not just for sports but for life. Today life is scary, it can seem larger than life and it hits us from the blind side. It cause us stress, anxiety and even causes people to live in constant fear. Did you know that anti-depression medicine is the number one prescribed medication? A good coach helped me face the mental obstacles in sports and on stage. The same fears, mental blocks and the fear of the unknown I faced then, we all face in some way as adults in game of life. Like a sports coach, a life coach can take raw talent and refine it. I fully believe that we all have potential in fact, we all have a purpose in life.  Even the person with the worst addictions, low self-confidence or relational problems can benefit from a good life coach.
