Growth & Recovery Counseling Center of Trinity brings an exciting new event to our community! On Saturday, February 6, 2016, “You Grow Girl: a Retreat for Growing Wise Women” will be held at the Crescent Oaks Country Club. This full day event will include 5 mental health experts and a dietitian speaking on topics of concern to today’s women, a gentle yoga experience, and a fascinating art therapy exercise. During the lunch break (also included!) visit pampering vendors who will offer free chair massages, make-up consultations, aromatherapy samples, healthy recipes, and raffle prizes!
