White: Before working at Primebar, I worked at the L.A. Hangout Bar and Grill for a few years. It's the best job in the world so I stuck with it and moved to Primebar.
Patch: Why do u love bartending?

White: You make good money for the hours you work. It's backwards from everything else, schedule-wise. And it's not the norm -- that's why I like it.
Patch: So are you a sports fan?
White: Huge sports fan. I have had season tickets to the Bucs since I was a kid.
Patch: Any weird or interesting stories lately?
White: Oh yeah. Most recently we had a couple in here that were getting rowdy in a booth in the back. Then I realized that they were having sex. After the woman went under the booth to get her underwear, they were escorted out.
Patch: So things can get rowdy?
White: We have such a mixed crowd that comes in here, so it is always fun and different every day. But that's why I love the job.
Patch: What types of new specials do you offer?
White: We have hospitality specials until 10 p.m. every night. Three-dollar beers and specialty cocktails.
