Halfacre Construction Company Completes 22,000 Square Feet in 52 Days

Halfacre Construction Company has completed more than 22,000 square feet of new building space for the Hillsborough County School District.

Just in time for school to begin in Hillsborough County, Halfacre Construction Company has completed more than 22,000 square feet of new building space for the Hillsborough County School District. Three projects, totaling more than $5 million, were completed in just less than two months, while students were on summer vacation.

Halfacre constructed three new Area Director Offices at 5,000 square feet each. The project scope of work consisted of the demolition of the existing Area Director Offices and the construction of the new facilities. The 15,000 square feet of office space was built June 10 through August 1.

Halfacre completed the Lopez Exceptional Student Center for Hillsborough County Public Schools. The new center is over 5,000 square feet and serves as new classroom, dining and clinic space for the Lopez Exceptional Student Center.
