Kirk Pinkerton's Tom Shults Elected Chairman of the Florida Law Network

Tom Shults, a shareholder and attorney at the law firm of Kirk-Pinkerton, P.A., was recently elected chairman of the Florida Law Network during the Network’s annual meeting at the Longboat Key Club in Longboat Key, Fla.
The Florida Law Network was organized about 25 years ago by the Holland & Knight law firm. Today, it is made up of 13 independent law firms consisting of over 500 lawyers practicing throughout the state of Florida. The firms have combined their knowledge, efforts and resources through the Network for the primary purpose of expanding the scope and improving the quality of legal services each firm provides to its clients.
Shults is a Florida Bar board certified civil trial lawyer and holds the highest peer rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, an independent attorney-rating agency. He represents clients in a broad range of cases, including complex business and commercial disputes, probate and trust suits, construction project litigation and election law. Shults is the past chairman of the Florida Bar Code and Rules of Evidence Committee and presently serves on the Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee.
