Lee Wetherington Homes Breaks Ground on Lakewood Ranch Model

Lee Wetherington Homes, a luxury homebuilder based in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., recently broke ground on the Windsong model, in Seacroft, the newest section of Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch.

“We are proud to be one of only three builders selected for this exclusive new section of Country Club East, which will feature larger homes on oversized homesites,” said Peter Mason, vice president of sales and marketing for Lee Wetherington Homes.

The Windsong is a new one-story design featuring 3,677 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The great room floor plan is geared toward outdoor entertaining with a West Indies style architectural design. It will offer discriminating home buyers upscale features, including a unique and modern design, a lady’s sanctuary with a 150-square-foot closet and dressing area, a sliding door in the master suite leading to an outdoor shower, and much more.

The new Windsong model is expected to open this November, and prices will start in the high $800s.
