Explosive Personality Lands City Woman in Jail

A 27-year-old Tampa woman was arrested and charged with threatening to discharge a destructive device after sending a foul-mouthed text to a local reporter.

Recia Henry, of 82^nd Street South, allegedly texted that she was going to blow up Eckerd Community Alternative, a child care center formerly known as Hillsborough Kids, Inc.

"seems like I gotta make threats to be heard , its F….. up how I'm being
done with my kids but if I go and blow up the H.K.I East Care Center then
everyone is gonna want to listen then,” Henry wrote, according to a release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The unnamed reporter alerted authorities after receiving the text.

Authorities swept the building at 4520 Oak Fair Blvd. but did not find any explosives. The phone number was traced to Henry, authorities said, who admitted to sending the text.

Slumber Party Gets Surprise Visitor at Door: Naked Boy

A Pinellas Park family hosting a slumber party heard a knock at the door shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday. When they opened it, according to a TBO.com article, they found a young boy who was lost and unclothed.

The youngster, described as anywhere between 6 and 8 years old, was unable to tell authorities his address or name, according to www.tbo.com.

Police searched and eventually found the boy’s mother about two hours later. He was returned home safely.
