• Lee County deputies seek help identifying North Fort Myers armed robbery suspect (gulfcoastnewsnow.com) — Deputies are asking North Fort Myers residents to help identify a man accused of robbing the Sunoco on Littleton Road at gunpoint, after he demanded items from the clerk and fled on foot. If you recognize the suspect description or have information, you can contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers anonymously and may qualify for a cash reward.
   

• VIDEO: ‘Fleeing felon' in overturned truck arrested after leading Florida deputies on chase, authorities say (wfla.com) — A dangerous police chase in North Fort Myers ended when deputies flipped an allegedly fleeing truck and arrested the driver, who then calmly asked for a cigarette. Lee County deputies say he’d just led them through red lights and oncoming traffic, and now faces multiple drug trafficking and reckless driving charges tied to cocaine and other substances found in the vehicle.
