NORTH PORT: City OKs data center moratorium; stipulations for application (yoursun.com) — North Port commissioners have approved an 18‑month moratorium on new data centers, while still allowing review—but not approval—of a large proposed project called Deep Park in the city's eastern Yorkshire area. Residents packed recent hearings to raise concerns about water use, noise, and environmental impacts, while city leaders weighed those worries against the risk of an expensive lawsuit from the developer.
   

2. 'I Can Hear!' Stunning Healing Testimony Erupts at Sean Feucht's Let Us Worship (mycharisma.com) — North Port is on the schedule for a Let Us Worship rally on Nov. 14, part of a national tour highlighted by a reported healing in Seattle. Video: Driver slams into Fla. cruiser after failing to move over (police1.com) — North Port Police have released dash‑cam video of a driver slamming into a stopped cruiser on I‑75 after failing to move over, while the officer was outside helping at an earlier crash. The impact spun the cruiser around and caused heavy rear damage, though the officer was not inside at the time. Police are using the footage to stress Florida's Move Over law to local drivers.
