The Florida Department of Health in Marion County and the Marion County Hospital District hold FREE weekly diabetes education and prevention classes to help participants who have diabetes or are considered pre-diabetic to better understand their condition and self-care.
Topics include how diabetes affects the body, how to monitor diabetes, balance your diet, plan meals, and exercise.
