This is a beginner-friendly experience. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You’ll lie down comfortably, put on HD headphones, and be guided through an immersive 9D Breathwork journey from beginning to end.
The experience may include breath patterns, layered sound, music, guided coaching, somatic cues, and moments of deep emotional release or relaxation.
There is no “right” way to do it. You are always in choice and can slow down, pause, or rest at any time.
WHAT TO BRING:
🎧 HD headphones will be provided
Bring Your Own Yoga Mat:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket and pillow if desired
Water
Comfortable clothing
An open mind
VIP Air Bed Upgrade:
We will have an airbed, linens, blanket, and eye mask reserved for you.

A GENTLE SAFETY NOTE:
This is a powerful breathwork experience, and you are always encouraged to honor your body.
If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, serious heart conditions, certain psychiatric conditions, or have concerns about whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please reach out before registering. This does not mean you can't participate in a 9D Breathwork session. It just allows us to determine the safest way possible for you.
