Grand Centenario Tequila Dinner Pairs Chef-Crafted Courses with Creative Cocktails for an Evening Fluent in Fiesta™
WHAT: Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is teaming up with Grand Centenario for a one-night-only Tequila Dinner at its Waterford Lakes Town Center restaurant on Wednesday, October 21. Designed for tequila lovers and the tequila-curious alike, the evening pairs a multi-course menu with cocktails showcasing different expressions of Grand Centenario, giving guests the chance to sip, savor and learn along the way.
The evening’s lineup includes:
Starter: Peppercorn-crusted seared tuna served with plantain chips, tropical pico de gallo and verde lime aioli, is paired with an Orange Hibiscus Cantarito, which features Gran Centenario Plata, muddled oranges and hibiscus, finished with a Tajín rim.
Appetizer: A choice between Crema de Elote, a creamy sweet corn soup finished with cilantro and a crispy corn tortilla, or a Grilled Caesar Salad with radish, cotija and garlic croutons.
Entrée: A choice between peanut-crusted salmon with a smoky morita tequila glaze, avocado-lime rice and roasted yellow squash, or grilled skirt steak with poblano rajas, charro beans, Mexican rice and queso fresco. The course is paired with Peach & Bubbles, featuring Gran Centenario Reposado, peach and a sparkling wine float.
Dessert: A choice between bright, orange-glazed cake with tequila-infused orange ice cream, or Margarita Tequila Sorbet, paired with a Café de Olla Espresso Martini featuring Gran Centenario Añejo, cinnamon and cold brew coffee liqueur.
From the cocktail pairings to a smoky tequila glaze and tequila-infused desserts, the evening showcases just how versatile tequila can be when it moves beyond the bar—all with the lively energy that keeps Fat Rosie’s Fluent in Fiesta™.
