Here are the top stories in Orlando today:

1. Orange County Public Schools reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases in a single day on Monday with 419 new cases. An additional 104 cases were reported as of 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Orange County Classroom Teacher's Association says it wants a district-wide mask mandate. The county is expected to reach a decision soon on masks. (Click Orlando)

2. Most Walt Disney World employees will be required to get the COVID-19 vaccine after the theme park giant and its workers union reached an agreement on Monday. All union represented employees must show proof of vaccination by October 22. The theme park will host on-site vaccination events for its employees over the next several weeks. (Patch Orlando)

3. Hunger Street Tacos has a new location in Winter Garden at Plant Street Market now in soft opening. There will be a limited menu and the best way to stay updated is to follow the popular restaurant on social media. The new location features an open kitchen and retail merchandise for purchase. 4. All Hallow's Eve Halloween Boutique is now open at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Merchandise is available for the Halloween season including Jack/Halloween Horror Night Icons, Beetlejuice, and the Bride of Frankenstein. (insideuniversal.net)

The Osceola County School district announced it will close Celebration K-8 for the remainder of the week and move all faculty and students to digital learning through Aug. 27 with face-to-face learning to continue on August 30th. Parents of students who need a laptop or a hot spot are asked to fill out a borrower's form on Remind. (WFTV)
